1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of Dibiflow, including our point of sale software, Voice-to-Sale features, inventory tracking tools, Debtors Book, and receipt dispatch services. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not use Dibiflow.

2. Account Registration & Security

To create a merchant account, you must provide a valid mobile phone number capable of receiving WhatsApp one-time passcodes (OTP). You are solely responsible for all sales, inventory modifications, and user activities performed under your authenticated account.

3. Hardware Freedom & Printer Independence

Dibiflow is designed to work with standard hardware. Merchants may connect any standard 58mm or 80mm ESC/POS thermal receipt printer via Bluetooth or USB without purchasing hardware from Dibiflow. Alternatively, merchants may purchase the plug-and-play Dibiflow wireless printer. Dibiflow does not impose vendor lock-in on receipt rolls or hardware accessories.

4. Offline Functionality & Data Sync

Dibiflow stores sales records in your browser local storage during offline operations. While Dibiflow takes every measure to safeguard offline data, merchants are advised to reconnect to the internet regularly to ensure all local sales and inventory decrements synchronize safely with our cloud backup.

5. Acceptable Business Use

You agree not to use Dibiflow for:

• Recording fraudulent sales, money laundering, or illegal trade activities.
• Dispatching harassing, unauthorized, or spam messages to debtors via WhatsApp.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or compromise the security of our application.

6. Customer Debts & Payment Reminders

Dibiflow provides a Debtors Book to help you track credit sales and draft WhatsApp reminders. Dibiflow is not a debt collection agency and bears no legal responsibility for outstanding debts owed to your business by your customers.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dibiflow and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from network interruptions, power outages, local device hardware failure, or lost inventory data.
